Buck N' Bull Meatworx at 116 Roscoe Ln opened in July 2022 under Richard and Cindy, who bring an Australian ranching background to North Texas. The facility is both Texas State and USDA FSIS inspected (grant date September 2023), processing cattle, hogs, lambs, and goats through old-fashioned knife-cutting, precision portioning, vacuum-sealed packaging, and timely freezing. Customers may bring their own animals or have the facility source livestock. Open Monday through Friday 8a-5p and Saturday 9a-noon.
